Try signing out, then locating the "Access to Battlefield 4" , then choose Exclusive Beta.
If its not there, then back out and try again. When you select it, the download will come up 'bout one and a half gigs and there you go! It helps if you're not signed in right away; while on the dashboard , find the tile mentioned above, select it, then sign in before selecting exclusive beta. Don't select it while signed out.
You'll be prompted to sign in, but upon doing so, the download won't start, and you'll have to back out and try again. So, be signed out when you click Access to BF4, and sign in before selecting exclusive beta. Hope I helped! As for me, apparently while I'm able to download M rated games I'm 17 as the beta is unrated I can't download it, and no one else I know has Premium so I can't just use a different account to download it.
