These bags can be used to put smaller materials such as leaves, weeds and lawn clippings out for collection. These materials can also be disposed of in your green-lid household bin throughout the year. There is strictly a maximum of two bags per household — please bring proof of address. Please note that the demand for garden bags is high so they may not always be available.

Metal - includes: scrap metal, fridges, washing machines, and other bulk household items that are primarily metal such as steel or aluminium framed bikes. Bulk Household Waste Please think of your neighbours and do not place your bulk waste on the verge more than two days prior to your scheduled collection date, as material left on the verge can be unsightly or hazardous in some instances. Only the following material will be removed: Furniture and furnishings A maximum of two mattresses per household per collection Bulk household items items that are too large to fit into your wheelie bin Pile volumes of no more than 6 cubic metres m3.
If your pile exceeds our maximum volume of 6m3, your excess waste may be collected for a charge. Please contact Customer Service before your scheduled collection on to arrange pre-payment. Only garden organics material that complies with the following will be removed: Individual garden organic material should not exceed 1.
