In moto two, JMart grabbed the holeshot yet again, but then the unthinkable happened when he lost the front and went down in the second turn, taking Forkner down with him in the process. JMart was up second-to-last, while Forkner got up dead-last.

This happened to JMart in moto two at Glen Helen as well, where he grabbed the holeshot and fell later on lap one. While AMart led Harrison and Renzland, Osborne was going to work, passing his way to fifth by the third lap.

It took Osborne a while to catch and then pass Hill, but once he did, he quickly caught and passed Renzland and then set out after Harrison, and then AMart gave him and Harrison a gift, falling over in the turn before the famous sand whoops, handing Harrison the lead. Tomac trails Baggett in the standings by just four points, with Anderson 15 behind Tomac.

Weston Peick is back. However, last week he checked in with two fourths. RedBud might tell us if this is the Peick we will be seeing for the rest of Broc Tickle, Justin Bogle, and Dean Wilson are locked in a tight battle for fifth in the championship standings.

Tickle has points, which puts him two points head of Bogle and Wilson. Tickle and Bogle have been hit-and-miss in —both have two finishes outside of the top ten. In comparison, Wilson has never been outside the top 10 this season. Justin Barcia is a bit of a wild card. Back from a head injury, he took a heroic fifth place in Moto 1 at Muddy Creek. He was on the podium last year at RedBud. Look for highs in the upper 70s, and about 50 percent humidity. Thunderstorms are predicted for Thursday and Friday only, so that gives the track crew time to prep on Saturday.
